Our products are suitable for all types of dogs from the age of 12 weeks. However, none of our supplements are suitable to feed to a pregnant bitch.

We do not provide samples for any of our products as it takes up to 14 days before you can start to see benefits. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Most dogs find our products delicious and are happy to eat them! However, it is important to introduce them to your dog's diet gradually, especially if your dog is a fussy eater.

When signing up to get the first time buyer discount of 10%, you will first receive an email to confirm your subscription and giving us permission to send you further emails. Once you have confirmed this, you will then receive a separate email with your own unique discount code. You must enter the code at the checkout in order to avail of this offer, it cannot be applied post-purchase. There are few top reasons that you might be having trouble with your discount code:1. Codes are not valid to be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. If you have opted into a recurring subscribe and save purchase, the code cannot be applied. Please ensure you have selected 'One time purchase' on the product page.2. If you order before 1pm Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. If you order after 1pm or on a weekend, your parcel will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are dispatched on a 2 day service.
