If you feed one of our products for one month as per the instructions and you're not happy with the results, we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked, no return required.

Our products are suitable for all types of dogs from the age of 12 weeks. However, none of our supplements are suitable to feed to a pregnant bitch.

We do not provide samples for any of our products as it takes up to 14 days before you can start to see benefits. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Most dogs find our products delicious and are happy to eat them! However, like any change in their diet, it is important to introduce them gradually to your dog's diet, so they get used to the taste and the change.

Here's two tips from our customers who have fussy eaters:

  • "I feed my dog dry food, and found she didn't eat all the powder. So I add a bit of water to their feed and mix it and the powder together. This seems to make it much more palatable for her and she finishes every bit." Kathy

When signing up to get the first time buyer discount of 10%, you will first receive an email to confirm your subscription and giving us permission to send you further emails. Once you have confirmed this, you will then receive a separate email with your own unique discount code.

You must enter the code at checkout to get the discount, it cannot be applied post-purchase.

Please note the code can not be used with any other offer and can only be used once.

There are a few reasons that you might be having trouble with your discount code:

  1. Codes can not be used with any other discount or offer
  2. If you have opted into a recurring subscribe and save purchase, the code cannot be applied. Please ensure you have selected 'One time purchase' on the product page
  3. Entering the discount code incorrectly - we advise to copy and paste directly from the email to make sure it is accurate. All hyphens must be included in the code and codes are case sensitive
  4. Trying to use an expired code. Please check on the email you received the code in for the expiry date. An expired code will not work

All orders are dispatched on a 2 day service.

If you order before 1pm Monday-Friday your order will be dispatched the same day.

If you order after 1pm or on a weekend, your parcel will be dispatched the next working day.

If you have signed up to a recurring subscribe and save order you can make changes to this at any time.
