Delivery Methods and Costs
Orders will be mailed to the recipient via Australia Post. Standard, tracked delivery will be used, which is free of charge on all Wagateur orders within Australia. For customers who opt and pay for Express Shipping, Australia Post Express will be used. Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed. Wagateur.com will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purchase or return.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If normal conditions apply, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (working days only) and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email.
Generally, delivery takes 2 working days however in some cases may take up to 7 working days. We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays.
Wagateur.com will provide a tracking number via email once an order has been dispatched. In order to receive this email, it is important the email address 'email@example.com' is whitelisted in the inbox of the buyer. Tracking numbers can be used to independently track an order.
